This listing is for a custom 7" to 7.5" doll and dress. A hand knit accessory if your choice is included (sweater, tiny animal, etc.). She will have a bottom so she can sit, her feet are full and formed, tiny little thumbs, etc. All My Baby Rock dolls are made sturdy for lots of play.
